1. Who can qualify for this offer?
This offer is available between 12:00 am on 1st April 2024 and 11.59pm on 30th June 2023 to customers who purchase and install one of the below Worcester Bosch Heat Pumps through City Plumbing.

2. How and when do I get my gift?
Once you have purchased and installed a Worcester Bosch Heat Pump during the campaign period you will need to register the install on your Worcester Bosch Loyalty Account. You will be sent an email containing a link to reveal your unique booking code for the Luxury Night Away for Two People including breakfast within 60 days of registering your install.
The email will contain details of how to claim and redeem your gift. Don’t forget to check you spam and junk folders. The email will come from noreply@cityplumbingpromotions.co.uk
3. How long will my gift be valid for?
Your unique code to book the Luxury Night Away for Two People including Breakfast will be valid for 18 months from the date you receive your gift by email.
4. I have not received my reward, what should I do?
Please allow up to 60 following the registration of your install to receive your gift

About the Luxury Night Away for Two People Including Breakfast
1. Is there an expiry period relating to my Luxury Night Away for Two People Including Breakfast?
Your unique booking code will be valid for 18 months from the date you receive the email.
2. How do I redeem my Luxury Night Away for Two People Including Breakfast?
When you are ready to book your Luxury Night Away including breakfast, call the Take Time Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 quoting your Unique Booking Code, to book your experiential gift.
We recommend choosing a few suitable venue options, in order of preference.
- The Take Time Reservations Department phone line is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.
Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored. - Please note, you can only book your Luxury Night Away including breakfast for two between 1 to 28 days prior to the date of your stay. Same day bookings are not permitted.
3. Can I choose whichever hotel I like?
Yes, the choice is completely yours as long as the hotel is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions.

4. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room or add incremental items e.g. chocolates, flowers or champagne??
Information on room upgrades and optional extras are featured in the supporting brochure or website, for further information please contact the Take Time Reservation Department.
5. Can we bring our children?
We can certainly look into accommodating additional guests. The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults on a room only basis, upgrades to a family room are subject to the venues’ availability and child policy and will be at an additional cost. Upgrade costs will vary at each hotel
6. Do all venues have adaptive access?
Please let the Take Time Reservations Department know of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of. Whilst every venue will be happy to accommodate any specific, personal requirements; not all venues will be equipped with ramp access or lift access.
7. Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?
Once you have chosen and booked your experience, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you choose to cancel your booking your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded.
8. Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?
No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Take Time Reservations Department, any bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
10. What happens when we have made the booking?
Once your booking has been initially confirmed with the Take Time Reservations Department and your chosen venue, we will send you a customer confirmation by email or post, which confirms the full booking details. We kindly ask that you take this confirmation with you and present it on arrival.
